Refunds & Shipping
Our refund policy is 15 Days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns relate to retail items only. Camper Trailer purchases have there own terms and conditions that form part of a separate Contract of Sale
Before returning, contact Marlin Campers to submit a return request, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will paid directly into your chosen bank account.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 12 Dyer Crescent West Gosford NSW Australia 2250.
Delivery & Shipping
Do you offer express delivery?
You can choose to have your parcels go express; however this will be a greater charge than standard shipping.
How long will it take me to receive my order?
Once we receive your order, we aim to prepare your order within 1 business day. Once in the hands out the courier, you will receive shipping information from Shippit, where you will be able to track your order. Delivery can take between 2-8 business days for standard shipping depending on location.
How do I track the delivery of my order?
Once we have packed your order, we will email you your consignment number and link to track your order directly through Shippit.
It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to be updated by our courier.
If you have any concerns, contact us on 0409 887 927 or firstname.lastname@example.org. You (and your delivery) are important to us – we will respond to you within 24 hours.
Can you deliver to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, our couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes, private mail bags or lockers.
What if I’m not home for delivery?
We recommend that you provide a delivery address where someone can receive and sign for your items during regular business hours.
If you aren’t home when our courier attempts to deliver your order you will receive a text message and email that will give you the option to arrange redelivery or pick up from your nearest collection point at no extra charge.
Can I provide my authority to leave an item at my address without a signature?
Yes, please select this option at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this stage, we do not offer international shipping.
How much does delivery cost?
Your delivery cost will be calculated at checkout and is worked out through weight/size of the order.
